absolutely dismal, the ice machine was broken, again, which is unforgivable for any establishment. and who could enjoy a movie when the tv sounds like a dying cat? i expected some special treatment for my troubles, but all i got was indifference from the staff. i almost considered giving a good review but just couldn’t, what a letdown!
